By engaging Enovate's services — whether through our website, email, or any other channel — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, project-based or ongoing.
Enovate provides remote digital support services including, but not limited to: administrative assistance, research and data entry, bilingual (JP/EN) support, coding and technical help, website maintenance, social media support, and custom digital solutions. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before each engagement begins. We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside our capabilities or conflicts with our values.
Pricing is agreed upon before work begins and confirmed in writing (email is sufficient). Monthly retainer clients are invoiced at the start of each billing cycle. Project-based clients may be invoiced in full or in agreed installments.
Monthly retainer clients may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once work has begun. Project-based engagements are non-refundable once work is underway, though we will always work to resolve any dissatisfaction in good faith.
Upon full payment, all work product created specifically for you becomes your property. Enovate retains no rights to deliverables once payment is received. Any pre-existing tools, templates, or processes used internally by Enovate remain our property and are not transferred to clients.
We treat all client information as confidential. Enovate and its collaborators will not disclose your business information, project details, or any materials you share to any third party without your explicit consent. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. If you require a formal NDA, we are happy to accommodate that.
To enable us to do our best work, clients agree to provide clear instructions and necessary access, respond to questions in a timely manner, and ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect delivery timelines.
Enovate will always perform work with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.

We work within industry-standard platforms that maintain their own security certifications and compliance frameworks. When working within your systems, we request only the access permissions needed for the task — nothing more.
